Today was such a fun day! it was our class's street soccer competition, and we were all very excited about the match. before the match, we went to play a warm up match against some strangers, and we OWN both of their teams~ we thought we might have a chance to get into the semi-finals, with the sudden boost in confidence. SADLY, we lost the first match.. BUT it was 3-1, and we scored first! our 'STAR' striker injured his thigh, so he became the keeper while hafiz went up as the striker. Second match was better, we got the precious 3 points by beating the opponent, 1-0. LOL.. subsequent matches, got worser so i'll not talk about it LOL... but, at least we play with integrity and dignity and we had good sportsmanship, not tackling people like some 'emo kid that parents disown and fight for the custody of the maid' (ok that was wat hong de said LOL) and yeah, we had alot of fun todae! it didnt matter if we win or lose, at least we had fun and make full use of damien's sponsorship XD HERE are the pictures we took after the competition, LOL don be surprised if u see an extra hand or head, we took them in the secluded place of SP. LOL. sadly, we had to use hong de as the camera man, and only wei keong, damien and i look norm. THE REST WAS FOOLING AROUND.
Our greatest glory in being a human is the ability to pick ourselves up when we fall, but not to be able to complete the race easily. Challenges make life.
